TERMS
All orders are on credit card terms. All orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. We accept Visa/MasterCard. 

RETURNS
Changes or cancellations must be made within 5 days of the order. Shipping claims, errors, or jewelry defects must be made within 5 days of the receipt of the order. 

SHIPPING
Bruml Design ships all orders UPS Ground or Next Day Air or Priority Mail. Remember all our items are hand crafted and therefore not produced beforehand. We ship to the USA;  it takes 4–6 weeks. If you are in another country please contact us via email for a shipping quote. 

PRICING
With market fluctuations on precious metals and semi-precious gems our prices are subject to change.
